bah & game's house...
last week while john jay was on his road trip with work (click here for more about the reality center) judah and i fled to pops and gran’s house. other than missing john jay a tremendous amount, we had a great time. we played in the kiddie pool, went to the zoo, went shopping and out to yummy restaurants. we even had a fun night of huddling in the bathtub with pillows, blankets and a flashlight to keep safe from the tornado. judah thought it was hilarious. he also learned the word “hail” in the process…”hay-al” (super southern). it was the week of new words for him…proving the most useful were “tractor” and “truck”. he also said gran’s name for the first time - which came out “game” but i’m pretty sure she didn’t mind. :) i wasn’t excluded from the word lessons - i learned that it’s “wheelbarrow” not “wheel barrel”…all this time. humph.
